In my free time, I enjoy playing sports. One of the sports I mainly focus on
playing is volleyball. Volleyball is a sport that is played by two
teams, each consisting of six players. The objective of the game is to score
points by hitting a ball over a net and into the opponent's court while
preventing the opponent from doing the same. Volleyball requires a
combination of physical skill, strategy, and teamwork, which means that each
player has to have the motivation and perseverance to be successful. I've
engaged in volleyball mostly because most of my friends enjoy playing the
sport. As time moved on, volleyball became a competition that allowed me to
do anything in life from the skills it taught me. This concept has fully
engaged me from playing the sport throughout high school.

One of the schools I'm interested in attending is Columbia University.
Columbia University is one of my school interests because it's renowned for
its academic excellence, distinguished faculty, and rigorous curriculum.
Columbia University is also a prestigious institution of higher education
located in New York City that offers a wide range of undergraduate and
graduate programs in various fields of study such as natural sciences,
computer science, and engineering. This means that if I "hypothetically"
mess up on a major, I still have an opportunity to take another major since
Columbia provides 100+ majors. I also enjoy staying on its campus since the
school is very diverse and undergraduates are fun to talk with.

Some of my interested majors are Computer Science and Mechanical
Engineering. I enjoy working on "hands-on jobs" such as becoming an AMT,
hoping to work for Delta Airlines. I love working in teams to discuss the
problem and solve the issue through teamwork. I also enjoy coding in
Computer Science, and I hope to learn Python soon. I find coding engaging
since it has no barriers meaning that 1 mistake isn't the end of the world.
The mistake could be fixed very easily with no penalities making it one of
    the safest jobs.
