I studied accounting and business administration and worked in the corporate and nonprofit sector for 8 years. During the course of my career, I managed to accrue years of work experience. Most notably:
NY Solar Design firm as Company Permit Specialist and Project Advocate with DOB in charge of all commercial and residential property research, construction filings, and expediting for plan approvals/permits, audits, payment processing, utility interconnection approvals, SWO and/or EBC violation, and tax abatement signoffs by the client, and issuing City or town building agencies.
Goodwill Industries NYNJ as a training/assesment instructor and assistant to the retention director aiding account managers with verifications and report audits of all employed Back-to-Work welfare program participants to meet monthly set quotas for company billing purposes.
I also founded I-RE Palm Co. a busniess service company offering bookkeeping, business admin, and copywrite services to companies and career professionals offering support to help manage the daily workflow.
