My story and my mission

I was born in 1997 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With a hopeful and critical mindset, I decided to understand the world and its issues by doing a Bachelor's in International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Since then, I became aware of the importance of technology for the economy and social welfare. During the course, I experienced close contact with policy researchers and politicians who had difficulty dealing with social innovation. This led me to discover how technology can impact social progress and opened my eyes to the opportunities in the technology field.

My mission is to empower local and technological communities with technology tools to impact social change or to help stir technology companies to develop more humane practices in their systems. I aim to use data to help inform my practices in how data is collected, used, and analyzed and how it affects people's lives daily. My goal is to continue honing my technology skills and eventually become a Data Analyst.
